Hi guys, it's just 12 days until Happy Feet leaves New Zealand! The famous Emperor Penguin has been getting looked after at Wellington Zoo since he got a little bit lost and washed up on Peka Peka Beach in June but now he's all better and ready to go home to Antarctica. Happy Feet is going to get a ride on a special Antarctic explorer ship and when they let him go he will carry a satellite tag so we can all trace his journey as he heads south.

The cool people at the 'Our Far South' project will print your message, name and suburb on his giant farewell card and send it with him on the boat to the Southern Ocean. Your message, name, and suburb will also appear on the website!
